Printer not turning on MX470; cleared a printer jam and now there is
no connection. No lights. Is there a reset button? Where is it located. My printer was not listed so I selected this one.

Power the machine off by pressing the power button. Then unplug the power cord, as well as the USB cable. Leave all cables unplugged for 10 minutes or more, to give time for all power to dissipate from the printer.

Hopefully resetting the printer in this way will clear up the problem.
