I have changed the screen timeout in settings but it dors not change anything. I have tried changing the time from 15 seconds to everything listed up to 5 minutes. Nothing changes the screen time out from 15 seconds. Can someone please help?

Make sure you are running the most current OS update on your phone. If not running the most current OS upgrade your OS and try adjusting the timeout. Report back after doing all of this!

Confirming that the phone is a Samsung Galaxy A6 2018 SM-A600GN 32GB Dual Sim Smartphone. It has the latest software. SCREEN TIME OUT is still doing same thing. When I change the time out setting, it registers and displays the time I choose but continues to go dark screen in 15 seconds
