If only I had remembered to take a picture before cleaning.. It was so full of dirt. as though Dyson had stuck one of their vacuum cleaners to a ring to come up with a fan.
Very good! I just wish that Iβd looked online first it would have saved me so much time! Iβm glad you put in that bit about the ring not being made to dissembleβ¦β¦.I thought it was meβ¦.I had spent ages trying to find release points but to no avail. Thank you rakone that was spot on.

Vaccum with a brush attachment..obviously use a powerful vacuum..this upkeep should be done biweekly

You can remove the cover and the filter of the tower fan with the help of this video here. You can then clean the cover and/or change the filter.

One way is to spray water on the inlet holes and clean the accumulated solid dust with a toothbrush.
