1 MacBook has power but no display and nothing running.
You heard it. My macbook a1534 has power because it shows my phone charging. But it doesn't seem like anything is running. No sounds no display. I'm totally stumped at this one.

Connect it to an external monitor and see if anything shows up.

Strange beasts these retina Macbooks =;) Lovely but troublesome..anything unusual happened before it stopped working ?

Well they keyboard/trackpad quit working so in ordered a cable. But was using an external keyboard and mouse. It died on battery and wont fire up.
