I have to keep pressing power button for like 100 times

Joyce Lucot we need to know your exact model number. This could be a power board issue as well as a button bar issue. Since it eventually does come on, you would have to check the capacitors as well as the power MOSFET’s. Remove the back of your TV and post some good pictures of your boards so we can see what you see.

My RCA 55" inch does the same thing. Took the back off and notice the connection has some scorched area on connector. Eventually it does come on could those connectors be ordered before you check the main board?
