PC wakes up after sleep but monitors dont display.

Every night I put my computer to sleep, but when I wake it up the next day, it turns on, but the monitors don’t display anything, but its awake as once I had a youtube video playing and when i woke it up it started and it was playing. I just hit the reset button and after it boots up just fine, until it goes to sleep again and then the problem happens again. I havent tried anything yet, but I was wondering if anyone has a similar problem.

I recently changed my ssd and gpu. The gpu is an AMD RX 480, so im not sure if this is driver related or not.
