PC skips BIOS and goes straight to homescreen
I was playing beat saber, my VR game, and my PC crashed. Previously the game crashed a couple times.
I think it was my CPU OC. I was overclocked to 3.8ghz. But I was in good temps, and only 1.375 volts. Not too bad. Anways, im not completely sure but it crashed and went to the windows recovery ( or aka blue screen), while blasting a loud noise. I said screw that, and just restarted my PC.
But now it wont boot into BIOS at all. I did a CMOS reset. I went to Advanced Settings to UEFI. I have tried everything. Tried booting without HDD’s, nothing. I don’t know if its a CPU issue or a Motherboard issue. Kind of ticks me off. I am about to add more fans and do a GPU mod as well and now I cant get into my BIOS to make sure all the fans will work properly. Getting an AIO which will be going into my CHA fan header. (It is the Kraken G12 mod)…. and I wanted to make sure that is running at 12v constant.
I could use speed fan still I think without it but now my bios is on default, and I still like to fiddle with some things. For instance, my ram is now back at 2133mhz… yuck. Anyways, its been a few hours trying to fix this and I have no clue what to do. I may just let my PC rest and see if it fixes itself but ugh.

UPDATE-
So I spam the Delete Key (my bios button) and it just sits at the no singal screen and PC does nothing. Acts as if it is on but does nothing more.
SO. I spamed my mouse button around(didnt work lol), and then clicked ESC, and ENTER as if I was quiting my BIOS as normal. Then it booted to my desktop.
I have done this multiple times but never tried to leave it, I just restarted my PC
SO, I think my GPU is just not displaying my BIOS screen in which I have no idea how to fix. It displays the rest fine. Y'all have a solution? Tomorrow I am going to try a VGA cable, and or try another GPU I have laying around. But even then, surely it isnt a BIOS setting preventing this? I mean i resetted it. GPU issues?
I am going to take it out and maybe let it cool. I really do think that may be the issue.
But do yall have any suggestions??

You may need a keyboard that has a PS2 connector to enter the BIOS, most motherboards should still have a PS2 connector which is like a fail-safe when you can't enter BIOS with a USB keyboard.
If you have fast-startup enabled in the BIOS a USB keyboard can't be used most of the time to enter BIOS. The other alternative way to enter BIOS is to use this solution on a Windows 8 or higher PC:

Have already tried booting from BIOS that way. (Not the PS2 connector one)
I don't think it is something like you explain as it was working fine, my PC crashed, restarted and NOW it's doing it. Obviously something failed/ is corrupted. Just don't know how to fix it.
I really think it's some display issue.

@ahsngd Scroll down to answers. I did fix the issue. In the chosen solution, read through it and its comments.
