MacBook won't recognize HD after crash?

I was browsing one day and my laptop froze; cursor, keyboard and everything. I used the power button to turn it off since it was the only thing I could do and was greeted by a flashing folder icon once I powered it on.

I used internet recovery to reinstall the OS and can now boot it up and perform normal tasks, but it will randomly freeze again and I have to shut it off, which I get the flashing folder icon upon reboot. I found that if I wait about 10 minutes after it all crashes, I can reboot normally, but it’ll inevitably happen again. More often after a download or watching a YouTube video.

I’ve tried First Aid with Disk Utility, but both it and DiskWarrior said there was nothing wrong with it. Same with doing a hardware test. Though, after the reinstall of the OS, DiskWarrior stopped recognizing my HD, saying “no disks available.” So I’m stumped on what the problem could be.

Boot from an external USB source and run disk utility from it. Your SSD may have failed and need replacement.
