Signing for my Ps4 slim & the delivery guy(fed-ex) tossed it inside!
He tossed it inside the door against my wall!! I cannot believe this!!! I bought it from walmart online but it comes from an independent seller (so not actually from store, it’s thru trusted sellers they use for online transactions). Anyway, I have 15days to return this or I’m screwed. How do I know if there is significant damage. It’s supposed to be an Xmas present for my daughter and I can’t afford to go buy much else, so I need to KNOW this is okay. I’m freaking out. Christmas is a month away so it’s not gonna be played enough to test it well. I’m trying to play it some now to check it. Can anyone tell me specific ways to check it or test it and what to look for? Please. I’m desperate for help here. Thanks in advance to any help.

Hi,
Is there any obvious damage to the packaging or the console if you have opened the package?
Take pictures of any damage that may have occurred to either the packaging or the console.
Was there any shipping insurance with the delivery?
If there is any damage (or even if there isn't) contact Fed Ex and tell them what happened regarding the delivery of the package and how disappointed you are with the service.
Your copy of the delivery invoice that you signed should have the delivery person's name or ID on it so they can check who delivered it..
Suggest that you also contact the trusted seller and discuss the problem with them before you open the package or even if you have opened it, as to what they will do for you.
Just some things that I would do.
