Screw wont screw back

I unscrewed a black screw that covered were the disc goes it attaches both the cover and the controller board I keep turning the screwdriver but no matter how many times I try it wont stop wiggling and stay put I think I have the launch ps2 any advice for me I want to play it but I need the screw to stay put
