My canon mg2570s please help me

please help me to solve my problem in my canon mg2570s, i tried to print but the paper stuck in the middle of printer while printing and it says that the paper runs out but theres a paper inside (stuck) . i already consult in a technician, he said that the problem is the sensor. i dont know is that true or what. so please help me to fix my printer.
