HP Officejet 5742 AIO paper jam error message

Hi Guys.

I have an HP Officejet 5742 AIO printer which has been working great but I now keep getting a paper jam error message.

I have tried all the resetting options from the hp website & other websites but it just won’t go away.

Are there any sensors or anything I can remove & clean or even replace?

I don’t suppose there is a breakdown or schematic for this model I can get hold of I have searched but can only find user manuals.
