The #1 ribbon for the LCD keeps de-attaching
Hello, I opened my Iphone 3G to fix the LCD since i notice when i press hard on the upper right side of the phone, the screen turns white and gives me grey lines(sometimes turns white with orange lines/blue lines etc)
I opened it and i have played with it a little bit to see a pattern for what is causing the screen to turn white and fade away to black(then phone resets). Sometimes if i let it be to reset and let the white screen come back etc. It will eventually turn back on with everything working normally but again when i am touching the screen or when i move my phone, the white screen that fades to black comes back again.
My question is, what can i do to keep the #1 ribbon cable that controls the LCD screen in tact so when i close the Iphone it does not pop out or become loose.
Это хороший вопрос?

I have opened it again today and i can see the ribbon cable that is connected to the LCD screen is kind of "hard" as in its stiff,. I think that could be the problem. When i take out all the ribbons and leave them to see where they will stay. The ribbon that controls the LCD screen is always bent so when i plug it in to the board it comes off easily since that cable is very stiff and wants to go back to it's natural area/form. I can't really explain it very well haha.

Update: I found some electryical tape and decided to try it out. I put a chunk of it to cover all of #1 cable and it seems to have worked somewhat. I have shaken my iphone and it does not turn off. Now only when i press VERY hard on the upper right corner of it then it does it. I don't think anybody would press that part very hard anyways. So i guess it is good for now :). Thank you!
