1 not connecting to the internet
I've got a Asus x551c it's not connecting to the internet and it says the whole program has been deleted please can you help me fix this problem
Sorry for this inconvenience I went to the control panel and programs and it says here no updates has been installed to this computer

What OS is installed in the laptop, Win 7, 8.1, 10?
If Win 10 go to Control Panel > Troubleshooting > Network and Internet > Internet connections and follow the prompts.
How is the laptop connected to the internet, via WiFi or Ethernet cable?
Can other devices connect OK to the internet via the same network access point (modem/router) as you're trying to?
