The headset symbol is not disappearing from the upper task bar. What could be the problem. 2. My MI4 is not working with some 4glite network sim. I will be very grateful if you could give me useful answers to my questions.

Try updating the software on your phone to the latest version. Annoying “glitches” like a tenacious headphone icon are sometimes caused by an outdated software version. Also, see if doing a full factory reset of the phone’s operating system doesn’t help. These can be done in the phone’s Settings.
If you phone is not working with a certain 4G network, then it may need a PRL (Preferred Roaming List) update to make sure it’s connecting to the right cellular towers. This may also be done in the phone’s Settings.

Hello,
The problem you are describing is likely caused by liquid damage on your dock (the part that handles the speakers, microphone, antenna and charging port).
You can check if this port was in contact with water by tearing down your phone using this guide, and spoting any water signs : Xiaomi Mi 4 Rear Case/Midframe Replacement
If you’re not sure about that, you can always bring it to a repair store where they will test and make sure the problem is coming from here.
