Its not charging and cuts off immediatly when turned on

Hi,

My V-guard UPS doesn’t charging. If the UPS is plugged in there is no voltage seen on the battery side.

And my UPS is immediately shutting down when it’s turned on.

I don’t have 12v battery so I connect it with 12v adapter, if thats the problem.

I know the shutting down is done by a relay switch

How do I solve it

check the batteries inside. measure those voltages
