Hi Everyone, i have my mother iphone 6.

Unfortunally she forget his apple id and cant use.

We buy used phone , so i can ask help to apple.

I try to change to Rewritre Serial N. with JC PRO 1000S, the phone resotre perfectly but have this error in the end

“iPhone not activated because activation information could not be obtained”

I do in this step :

1 ) change nand and ONLY rewitre an old broken iphone serial number.

2 ) change also wifi address (blutooth address chane automaticly when i change mac address)

In both time, phone reset perfectly but in the end (after i choose country , language , and wifi) give same error.

3) i replace nand (with an other old nand) but have same error.

Anybody help me plz ??

When i write new serial n. the country option is compulsory?

what is MLB ? MD ? its on the window when i extract nadn data?

Was the used phone you bought icloud locked aswell.

@tech_ni No Daniel , the other phone have clean serial number.

@smartelectronix unfortunally no.. but i often only change nand and it works..

I tried only 1 time try to remove i cloud , but have this problem ( phone no active)

You have to replace the cpu, baseband, and eeprom as well.

You have to put all of the information from a good, non-iCloud locked NAND on the NAND for the phone you want to keep otherwise it will not activate. Ideally, you may have to remove the NAND in order to read out all of the information.

@refectio Thank u sir.. i change SN and WM field , BM filed change automatically.

In the last i have two field : MLB and MD.

SO i have to change these field also?

i tried also to put the other new ( unlocked) nand , putting from another phone but the problem is same sir..

@refectio sir i tried with a new nand ( replace nand directly) but have same issue.. is it possible that Apple change something with ios 12?

if somebody knows from where i can extract fill data , some online service … i need mlb md mac sn imei … full info of phone
