The bass seems to be too high on my unit, what can I do to fix this?

The bass in my UE Wonderboom seems to be to too high (it buzzes and doesn’t make the bass blend in with the music when playing).

Is my speaker faulty but does anyone know what to do?

I’m not a tech expert I literally know nothing but I looked up rattling speaker and it sounds like that, if that helps you understand.

Also if you are wondering I didn’t drop it, I haven’t even put it in water even though it is mean’t to waterproof.

It came like that. Please help!!

Should I just take into the store and ask or just say its faulty and ask for another one?
