Hi, like Dan has stated, we have basic guides to help guide you to repair your furby(s), and various knowledge to help you identify and fix the problem. Additionally, I am a furby repairest, and if anyone on this site needs further help on fixing their furbys, I will repair it.
I have restored over 41 furbys in the past, and have done small business with repairing other people’s electronics. Some of my accomplishments are fixing a 1990's clown, Repairing two 1985 Teddy Ruxpin, restoring four music box dolls, and fixing a 1983 Alvin and the chipmunks Pull string. I work with various types of animatronics, and is happy to help.

How much is it to repair a furby ithink the spring is missing in the battery compartment
It is free! I don't have a P.O box, so I don't really have people send out their furbys, I prefer to guide them step by step with pictures and videos to help fix their furby, that way they are also learning new things, and how to fix future furbys. So is it possible for me to box them up and send them to you to be repaired or do I have to repair them myself with your instructing me
