USB-C port not seeing plugged in devices after M92T36 replacement.

My Second-hand Nintendo switch had to be sent away for a repair, the USB-C port wouldn’t change the switch and no devices would be seen by the switch if plugged in via the dock or the USB-C port directly.

The dock would still show video on the TV at this point.

After the M92T36 replacement i can change the Nintendo switch again, however the dock USB ports and the USB-C port on the Switch unit itself won’t register any devices. My Mayflash Xbox one Pad adapter doesn’t work, a Keyboard/mouse doesn’t work anymore.

I connected up my XD-USB-7VAC to the switch and plugged in my usb adapter and i can see it’s pulling 5v but it’s not usable. It’s almost like even though it’s able to draw current… it’s not communicating with the Nintendo switch to tell it that it’s there.

So of course at this point after failing to get in touch with the original repair guys i’ve voided my warranty with them by opening up the unit to look at it myself.

I’m no hardware expert by a long shot, so any assistance i can get with this would greatly help as looking around on the internet (all over) i can’t seem to find anyone else that has had this same issue.

Update (05/02/2019)

To clarify - No USB devices plugged into any of the Nintendo Switch USB ports will do anything but pull voltage, This would be fine if i was powering my mobile phone or a light or something. My Keyboard used to work and my Magic-N adapter used to work fine, but now…… nothing. All responses welcomed and appreciated.
