Xbox turning off while starting game

Hi. I have a problem with my xbox one. It works perfectly fine on apps but shuts down when i try to run games. Sometimes game loads and i can play for couple hours and everything seems to be all right. I changed my power brick, cleaned the fan and exchanged the thermal paste but problem still exist. Any idea on how to fix it ???
