liquid damage of iPhone.iPhone not responding at all.

I liquid damaged my iphone .I managed to spill some water based hair solution on my iphone ...the iphone is dead ..is it possible for repair ....please advice

Thank you so much for your concern,but myiphone is dead 4 weeks now.I hv put it to dry under sun in india which quite strong to absorb moisture and also put it under fan and light .I even tried to keep it in rice bag but no reaction .I stay at Saudi Arabia took the iphone to Apple & asked for replacement I was ready to pay the damage which is $299 but unfortunately in Saudi Arabia,dont support the replacement policy of Apple,they suggested that I should send it to some other country for the replacement.I asked them can it be repaired they simply said we can try but there is no gurantee that it would work ok.I am so upset.I have two question to ask you, you all must be dealing with Apple iphones wil you put some light on my confusion that will Apple China or Apple UK replace the phone if I take it there is the Apple water damage replacement policy accepted all over the world.I know I am asking you the wrong question but just wanted to know from you cos I am sure you deal with Apple phones.

My 2nd question is if they dont replace where can I sent it for confirm repair .I stay at Saudi Arabia,but there are people around me , who moves all over the world so I can send it to ifix if required.
