Black and Decker TO1303SB, TO1313B

This is a stainless steel, 4 slice toaster oven. The model number is located on the bottom of the device. It has a single rack height and a removable crumb tray.

I have a B&D toaster convection oven (T01650SC) and the bottom element is not working. Is it toast? My toast is only half done !! hehehe

Recommend just buying a new toaster oven. These are fairly inexpensive. You will end up paying $20 to $30 just for the part while a new toaster oven is about $35.
