Weird Black Screen after Boot up

So i was at the gym and browsing facebook until my phone just shut off out of nowhere. I tried turning it back on, and the apple logo would show up and then kinda just blank out and this black screen shows up while the screen just twitches with lines and white flashes. Tried DFU mode and restoring. Apple logo and itunes connect logo shows, but when it tries to boot up after the logo, it just either dies from low battery or black out with the twitchy lines and flashes again. Please help!!! Im thinking this is a software issue due to the fact the screen is completely fine when displaying the apple logo and the itunes logo. This phone has never been submerged in water, or dropped.
