The damage was caused by fall damage, the headset fell and the left earpiece is lose from the headset. The only thing holding is together is a small wire for the audio output. The headset still works but is not wearable

Hello Nadir
Try to glue it with a two component Epoxy glue.
It worked for me with a broken off handle off circular saw.
After 15 years it is still firmly attached.
