My A8 won't let me in my Samsung account

My phone is about 2 weeks old now and just this morning, I was sick of the thing Annoying me about my Samsung account that said to continue using services securely, please sign in

I did that and it said incorrect, so I tried every password combo I would use for my accounts to the point where it said I had to reset password.

So that's exactly what I did, I went through everything, I entered the code that was text messaged to me and this is what I get when I try again, an error message saying that I reached the maximum amount of password attempts so I have to reset password, BUT I ALREADY JUST RESET MY PASSWORD!?!?!??!

I restarted the app and…………nope!

Please tell me what's going on as I need Bixby and Samsung pass
