Oil life gauge not working

Hello! I have a 2007 Chevrolet suburban 1500. I recently bought it and the oil life percentage keeps showing up ---%. For the life of me I can not get numbers to show up. I also took it to a dealership and they did all the resets and stuff to try and get it to 100% but it's not even showing 0%.

I tried looking online and everything that is showing up is, how to RESET. But I cant find anything that says how to get it working or how to get numbers to appear. My oil pressure gauge works.

I just dont know if there is a fuse or something that could be blown. Or does it even matter.
