MBP 17" A1151 not charging after assembly. What to do?

I applied new thermal paste on my MBP 17" A1151. Yeah, it did have globs of old paste. I do have lower temps of 5-9 degrees, now. ( also have SMC fan utility installed and super helpful )

However, now the machine will not charge my battery. It will operate with the battery installed or not. Plugged into AC. It just says " (Not Charging) ".

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
