Blocked into headphones mode!

The sound only comes from the headphones jack BUT when I take a photo, the shutter sound comes from the internal speakers (that’s the normal behavior) but even with nothing plugged in, only the shutter sound comes from the speakers… Is this repairable or does I need to replace the headphones jack ?
