Replace MacBook 2017 screen assembly with 2015 model?

I bought a second hand Macbook 2017 fully upgraded for a decent price just recently. I also have an original Macbook 2015 which is rather slow. The 2017 unit has slight damage to the screen - can I swap my pristine 2015 screen assembly on the 2017 Macbook?
