Audio IC chip U3101: How do I figure out where these pads go?

I’m in Costa Rica right now so I can’t say which pads specifically have lifted as my phone is in the states. This is a loop disease repair. They are along the same line as C12 going down toward capacitor C3211. I have the schematic and I know I have to jump them but I’m not sure where to jump some of them or if doing such a thing is even possible. It is probably within the schematic but I’ve never read one in such detail nor was I able to find a clear indicator how the pads/pins are lettered/numbered.
