No network at all in my F5-573G-771D

All of a sudden my Aspire F15 lost WiFi connection.

The weirdest thing is that the network icon doesn't show up at the bar anymore.

I've gone through all the basics

  • Wireless is active
  • Tried an usb TP-Link ac1900 successfully installed, notebook cannot see any networks
  • Ethernet cable directly connected to the router unsuccessful

When I try to find wireless networks I receive a message that my computer cannot be seen

Any advices?

Hi @andrebertrand ,

When you say all the basics does this include the following as you didn't mention the result if you did.

Did you check the status of the WLAN network adapter in Device Manager?

Did you try the Network Troubleshooter in Control Panel > Network and Sharing Centre > Troubleshoot problems?

Right click on start menu icon then go to “Device Manager”, search for “Network adapters” and tell us what you see, in normal case it should be something like that

If you notice an exclamation mark in the icons then try to troubleshoot it.
