I know this is a really stupid question, but is the phone app on mute or your ringtone volume on 0?

thank you for your reply , my phone is not on mute & the volume is on max .
I'm not sure what's wrong but try to clean the cache of the phone app. I can't think of anything else right now.
I also have that problem
