There are separate charging ports for every model of Samsung Galaxy S4 due to the different antennas built into the flex cable. The charging ports are interchangeable but you will likely has service issues if you use a cable that doesn’t match the exact model number.
Since the cables are so cheap, you should invest in a new replacement part.
