No power or lights

Hi,

My sons Acer aspire E5 575 won’t power on at all, he tells me nothing has happened to it….

I have Tested the voltage of the power supply and it’s 19.3v, I have removed the lid and tested the voltage on the connector on the board and it’s 19.3v.

i have removed the battery and it still won’t work, the voltage on the battery is less than 1v. I have removed all unneeded items like the dvd etc but still no boot.

any ideas please?
