Every time I turn on my device, it just keeps rotating and beeping like there’s hair inside. It eventually stops, but then it won’t work and won’t stop beeping until I unplug it.

Sorry to say, it is broken. You need a new one. If it is still under warranty, contact the manufacturer. You could contact them in any case and see what they advise. I had a similar problem with mine. Sadly, these deices like a lot of things, are not made to last very long.
