I think I know what is wrong with it, but am having trouble accessing the area. There is a metal rod on the bottom of my ice cube bucket that goes into a box (for lack of a better term) in the rear of the freezer compartment. Where that rod inserts, there is something loose with a black cylinder and foam piece. I can’t get this cover off. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

It may be a very simple fix. Here’s how other have fixed this issue:

Thanks mayer. I did try these fixes and none of them worked.
I can see that the ice selector solenoid is loose behind the back cover. If you refer to the pic on March 10, 2019, the area circled is the hole I’m referring to and that solenoid is loose. I need to find a way to get that cover off to reattach (or replace) the solenoid.
