Why does my xbox one turn on then off after a few seconds?

Hi everyone. A few weeks ago I tried turning on my xbox and it didn’t so I switched to an older power brick I had that was noisy and the console turned on fine. About a week after I opened the noisy power brick and tried cleaning the fan and decided to switch the boxes of the power supply units and tried turning it on again and noticed the console turns on for a few second(no more than 10) and automatically turns off. I ordered a new power brick and the same thing would happen. The PSU seems to be working fine when connected to the wall(light turns orange), then when I connect it to the console the light changes to green and back to orange a few times before staying on orange, and the console still turns on and turns off after a few seconds. When connected to the TV the display stays on the TV background image and the green xbox boot screen won’t load.

I tried changing the cable, checking all the connections, using a different power outlet, hard reset and nothing works. I believe it’s a problem with the xbox itself and from the research couldn’t find a definitive answer. Is there something I can do to fix it?
