The suction is fine but, the roller brush rotates intermittently. It re-engages when I bounce the LiNX but not always when I turn it on and off. There seems to be a loose wire or connection somewhere. Any suggestions will be most welcome.

I had a similar problem. However, my wire was severed. I had to open up the head unit and resolder it back together. Since that fix I have not had any issues.

Was the problem intermitent? Weems a severed wire would make it not work at all?
Yes mine works intermittent too, not sure what is causing this.
Same issue. I cleaned the brush but still doing it.
