So when i pull my lights on to low my headlights or dashlights dont work but all my other lights work like back lights and lights under main headlights. And when i pull to high beams my dash lights work and high beams work fine

Hope this will help you, the Headlight switch controls all that you have explained, hi and low beams along with dash lights.
