iPhone 5c can't be restored

Hi!

I used my iPhone 5c in the car with Google Maps and Siri for directions. The phone was plugged in. We used it for a couple of hours, then turned it off, since we knew the directions from there. When we arrived at home the phone was off and wouldn’t turn on.

I tried restoring it through iTunes several times from different computers. It gave me error code 9. But now it doesn’t do anything anymore (iTunes just saus downloading software but nothing happens…)

Can this phone be saved?
