It should be covered under warranty. Take it back.

I wasn't able to find much info on this. I would check the connection between the battery, wiring and headlamp, just to make sure something didn't accidentally get jarred loose. Swagtron does not offer much in the way of public support, but I've listed their support info below if you'd like to contact them.
