Optical Drive Not Ejecting / Accepting Disks - Mech. Issue (w/ Video)

Here’s the video of my issue: https://bit.ly/2pcJPpl

Hello,

a couple of days ago, my PS4 slim fell down from the TV stand and since then, the optical drive started to make horrible grinding noises (top part of the optical drive was touching the disc). I unscrewed all the necessary plates and I removed the top part of the drive in order to bend it into its original state. The disc was still inside the PS4 as I tried this and the top plate gave me a bit of trouble before I could remove it. Afterwards, I put it all together, but the eject button doesn’t work.

The disc is read properly by the optical drive, it’s just that it doesn’t accept or eject disks. Only way to insert or eject discs is via the manual screwdriver method. Getting it out with the manual method is easy, but getting it in doesn’t work even if I do it manually. The disk is inside, but it’s not properly aligned so that’s its readable by the console.

Here are also a couple of HD pictures of the top part and the drive itself:

Thanks!
