Can I upgrades my free slot RAM?
I have a free RAM slot on my laptop but my RAM is soldered directly to the motherboard.
is it possible to add more RAM? Any risk on my laptop?

AMJ MASS in general yes, you can. Since you did not tell us the make and model of your computer, you will have to do some checking. Make sure that the additional RAM matches what your computer requires. A lot of times you cannot mix and match the RAM. So, check for compatibility
