Anyone else have a problem with the hyperscrolling?

Normally, hyperscrolling works fine and I’m able to keep the clickwheel spinning for about 3 seconds at least. Now it doesn’t spin for as long which is pretty disappointing. Anyone else with this problem and if so, have you found a way to fix it?

There are a few different issues you might be facing here.

First the scroll wheel bearings may have a bit more friction so it won’t free spin on its own (this was a known issue with the medium & large pool ball mouse). Clean the roller and makes sure the fuzz is not built up on the axles. A very small drop of WD40 on the bearing might help too.

The second is the scroll wheel settings may need to be altered. Did you apply either an OS or updated mouse driver?

I don't think the hyperscroll function exists outside the Logitech Family, and Logitech has probably the best hyperscroll mouse on the market right now. Based on what you want I would suggest the g903, it fits perfectly for your requirements. It's wireless (with lightspeed technology), has the hyperscroll wheel, up to 11 programmable buttons and one of the best sensors on the market
