Not Going to Sleep Mode While Closing the Lid
I tried a lot to fix this issue but unfortunately no success.

Create another admin account. Restart. Login to this account. Test lid close. Alternatively, do you have any special programs that can prevent lid close.

Going to ask the stupid question here. Did you didn't disable auto shutdown/sleep when lid is closed?
