Rear Housing Replacement iPhone 5 SE

After looking at the tutorials tearing down an iPhone 5 SE and installing into a new rear casing I realize it’s very difficult and time consuming. However on eBay I have found rear housing that seems to already have some stuff pre-installed.

This is an image of the item I found. Now theres pretty much no information on what exactly is already installed.

Anyone know or know of a tutorial on what needs taking out of the iPhone and putting into this casing? From what I can see it’s the battery, main board, and camera? What else?
