System only turns on with a disc inside and turns off and won't turn o

My PS4 was involved in a power outage and ever since then it only turns on with a disc inserted into the slot,once the disc is removed fully from the drive the system automatically shuts off and won't turn on and acts like there is no power none of the buttons work and won't turn back on until a disc is put back in the slot.
