Why is the cycle going through without washing anything?

Hey guys. So I started a wash cycle on my Whirlpool dishwasher, Model #WDF320PADW2, woke up the next day and nothing was washed. Soap pod on the bottom, nothing wet, most likely got heat dried. so I tried it again. Water on the bottom, soap pod on the bottom again, nothing wet as a tried to open during the cycle. so i researched, i changed the water inlet valve, gave it a shot. And nothing. Same thing is happening. Ive checked hose clogs, nothing there. It runs through the cycles as if theres water spraying everywhere, and it dries, but its not washing. Please help, dont want to waste money again on another part that isnt broken.

Solution 1:

Water Inlet Valve

The water inlet valve opens to allow water to enter the dishwasher. If the water valve is clogged or defective, water will not flow into the dishwasher. Water inlet valves are not repairable—if the valve is defective, you must replace it.

Solution 2:

Float Switch

The float switch actuates in order to prevent the dishwasher from overflowing. If the float switch is defective or stuck, it might not stop the dishwasher from overflowing. If the float switch is defective, replace it.

Solution 3:

Water Supply Problem

Over time, calcium deposits can build up in the water supply valve or in the small filter screen inside the water inlet valve. If the water inlet valve is clogged with sediments, the dishwasher won’t fill properly. Before working on the water line, first shut off the water supply. Inspect the valve to determine if is clogged. In addition, check the water pressure to the valve. The water inlet valve requires at least 20 psi to function properly.

The wash motor is probably mot moving the water. You will need to verify 120vav coming from the two light blue wires on the board. if you have 120vac when the motor is supposed to be running you need a motor, if not hten you need a board.
