Help! Half of screen isnt responsive!

So my iphone 7 just fell off of my lap while I was sitting at the table. It is in a very protected case but still managed to crack a bit somehow. I tried turning my phone on and now half of the screen is unresponsive. Ive tried resetting the phone multiple times, with also a hard reset and still nothing. I just got the screen replaced a couple weeks ago and I dont know what to do. The bottom half of my screen just stopped working. Usually after a small drop my phone is still in good condition, but Im not sure what happened this time. Please help!!!!
